While eating lunch in a nearly empty restaurant on my vacation in Downtown Detroit, I secretly snapped this photo of Jack Kevorkian (in the hat and plaid shirt).  I think he’s an amazing person for standing up for something he believed in knowing that the outcome would be years in jail.  Not to mention his paintings are amazing too.  My fiance and I were at this restaurant for a food tasting/consultation for our wedding.  I think it’ll be great to tell our guests that Dr. Death frequents the establishment where their dinner just came from.

When asked by another person at the table about how he deals with introductions at gatherings and parties he said, “If it’s someone I don’t want to speak with, I simply say, ‘She’s not as ugly as you said she was’ “.
