The Walden Lofts in Italian Village were sold today at a public auction to Alex Dorsey for $4,350,000.  Also up at auction was the vacant lot just south of the Walden Lofts that sold for $230,000.

All I have to say is this building is cursed and wish our new landlord good luck.  I’m sure his voicemail will be full soon due to all the leaking ceilings and windows.
